Modern, vibrant, and urban, Buzz introduced a completely new concept in sports footwear and apparel to the Croatian market. Beyond just sportswear, Buzz was presented as a fashion concept and a part of urban culture, featuring items popular among generations closely tied to social media and blogs. From the very beginning, Graml Agency has supported Buzz, refining every stage of its digital channel launch.

Teaser Campaign
Before the opening of the first Buzz store, a teaser campaign was executed on Facebook. Even before the business officially started, the Buzz Facebook page had an impressive number of fans, thanks to well-crafted strategies and expertly executed advertising and targeting.

Facebook
Content for the Buzz Facebook page was created daily in close collaboration with the client and international branches. In addition to promotional posts, we worked with brand ambassadors and influencers well-known on the local scene. The store’s grand opening and day-to-day operations were strongly supported on digital platforms, with ongoing efforts to attract new fans through quality content and numerous giveaway campaigns organized for the client.

Instagram
Graml Agency also launched the Buzz Instagram profile, which worked seamlessly alongside the existing Facebook page, staying aligned with trends and best practices on Instagram. The Instagram profile also hosted contests and featured attractive content, resulting in consistently improved outcomes month after month.

Advertising
The agency ran numerous monthly campaigns promoting content on social media. Close collaboration between the account managers and the client’s brand managers ensured that advertising strategies seamlessly incorporated and promoted webshop purchases and sales activities.

Statistics and Budget Overview
Each month, Graml Agency prepared comprehensive statistical reports for Buzz, covering the results of social media activities and a detailed budget overview. Tracking follower growth, reach, post-performance, and audience demographics was just part of the report, which significantly influenced future activities. The precise reports and budget analysis provided clearer insights into ongoing activities, making it easier to track sales results as well.
